Applications for pre-enrolment in our special DLD/SSD class for September 2027 will open on 2nd November 2026.

The application dates for our DLD/SSD Class for the 2027-2028 school year will be made available below before the end of September.

Enrolment Policy

2. Speech & Language Therapist Referral Form

3. School Referral Form

Please note:

1. Applicants are required to submit five hard copies of each of these forms as well as providing five copies of all supporting documentation.

2. Please complete all fields on each form.

3. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

4. Forms must be typed, not handwritten.
